You need to install Capti on your computer to use the installable Capti voices. For example, a voice purchased on a Windows computer will only work on other Windows computers. If you purchased the voice in question on a different operating system you will not be able to use it. Select Cache and Cookies items (they may be called slightly differently in different browsers). Press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). The following instructions should work for most browsers:
